Description
The stained glass window is an illustration of the famous passage from St. Paul's First Epistle to the Corinthians, "Now faith, hope, and love remain - these three things - and the greatest of these is love" [1 Corinthians 13:4-6; 13]. The figures of women are allegories of these theological virtues - from the left Faith with a cross, Charity hugging two children, Hope with an anchor. The stained glass window was founded by Franz and Emilie Lewerentz to commemorate their 25th wedding anniversary.
